We own and maintain 98 residential units that are leased to clients who have served in the military. Rent is capped at 20% of the client’s income. The properties are located in Mildura, Geelong, Rosebud, Dandenong, Bendigo, and Ballarat.

We select residents, ensure they are housed comfortably, collect rental payments and maintain the properties.

The Last Post is the third in a trilogy of bugle calls made to a unit that mark the key points of the day’s activities. The First Post lets the unit know the duty officer is on the move, checking various things on their rounds such as what positions are manned, who needs to be sent off duty and so on. When these rounds are completed, another bugle call is made and finally, the Last Post lets the whole unit know the end of the day’s rounds are complete, and the activities of the day are finished.

From paying household bills, to arranging housing, booking and paying for household repairs; coordinating donations of clothing, furniture, appliances and electrical equipment to covering rehabilitation, medical and travel expenses; or covering funeral expenses.
